The Clinic serves a dual purpose. First, it serves the community by reducing barriers and providing low-cost legal services to early-stage entrepreneurs, a critical sector of the economy. Second, it trains law students to advise on business law matters in sectors that require expertise in IP, privacy and technology. Members of the start-up community, and in particular those from equity-seeking and underrepresented groups, are welcome.
